Step 2 — Pet Portrait Design
Your pet’s photo is carefully transformed into a custom embroidery design through a detailed digitizing process.
Before anything is produced, you’ll receive a preview of your pet’s portrait for approval.
Step 3 — Revisions & Approval
We refine the design with you until it feels just right.
Production only begins once you’re fully satisfied with the final portrait.
Step 4 — Embroidery & Crafting
Your approved design is embroidered onto your selected piece with precision and care, bringing your pet to life in thread.
Step 5 — Weekly Order Window
Orders open every Wednesday and close on Tuesday of the following week. This schedule allows us to maintain our high standards and give each custom piece the care it deserves.
Once the week’s ordering period ends, the next release will open the following Wednesday.
